Gef Flimlin's Dirty Oysters
You're Going To Need
-
Sour cream
-
Red onion- finely minced
-
Caviar (plain lumpfish is fine)
-
Crystal Hot Sauce
-
Oysters
Directions
Shuck a mess, leaving a little liquor on the shell.
​
Add a dollop of sour cream onto the top of the oyster, then a drop of red onion.
​
Top it off with a smidgen of caviar.
​
Now a small shot of Crystal Hot Sauce, and slurp that dirty oyster down.
​
Effervescent amber colored beverages go well with this, and “I don’t mean ginger ale!”
