Gef Flimlin's Dirty Oysters

You're Going To Need

  • Sour cream

  • Red onion- finely minced

  • Caviar (plain lumpfish is fine)

  • Crystal Hot Sauce

  • Oysters

Shuck a mess, leaving a little liquor on the shell.

Add a dollop of sour cream onto the top of the oyster, then a drop of red onion.

Top it off with a smidgen of caviar.

Now a small shot of Crystal Hot Sauce, and slurp that dirty oyster down.

Effervescent amber colored beverages go well with this, and “I don’t mean ginger ale!”
